£26,000 base (£35K OTE in first year)
Are you ambitious, driven, and looking for a career where your hard work directly impacts your success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a specialist Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment consultancy based in Hinckley.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with leading employers across the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Full training is provided, so no previous recruitment experience is required.
About the Role
Recruitment is a fast-paced, rewarding career that combines sales, relationship building, and problem-solving. You'll be responsible for identifying talent, supporting clients with their hiring needs, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business opportunities and sales leads
- Following up on potential leads and enquiries
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Interviewing, screening, and registering candidates
- Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
- Conducting reference checks
- Keeping our CRM system updated and accurate
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment and industry regulations
- Managing candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
