Our team of dedicated recruiters are based in our 3 offices: London, Los Angeles and New York.
We are now looking to hire a number of recent graduates to become recruiters for professional markets and join our growing office in London!
If you have the skills and desire for sales, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. With our training and guidance you could be earning 100k+ in 3 years' time, with uncapped commission.
What this role offers you:
- Uncapped Commission! - 45% Commission after progressing to senior consultant – Graduates have made this step within 12 months.
- Clear progression, from day 1 you will receive 1-1 training on our 360 recruiter training scheme
- Potential Fast track/Ability to progress from Junior to Manager in 12 - 18 months!

Duties & Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruiting for new and existing clients.
- Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the market.
- Executing Business Development into new accounts
- Client and candidate mapping.
- Sourcing new roles.
- Adhering to company values, being a good team player.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A desire to get into Recruitment.
- Must have a 2:1 in any degree from a leading university.
- Any additional knowledge of one of our sectors would be useful.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and be KPI driven.
- Independently motivated. Must be dedicated, professional and well-educated.
- Team player who is able to work collaboratively.
- Self-starter who takes initiative.
- Money-motivated with big goals.
- Good communicator, not afraid to make calls.
- Hard worker who is ready to put in 110% effort.
