Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Belfast | Reperio Human Capital
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 base + uncapped commission
Start Date: Flexible
Reperio Human Capital is one of Ireland's leading specialist IT recruitment consultancies, recruiting across Ireland and the US tech market. We're growing our Belfast team and looking for driven people from sales or customer-facing backgrounds. No recruitment experience needed.
The Role
This is a sales role at its core. You'll own your own niche tech market and run the full recruitment process, from winning clients and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.

Training
- An 8 to 10 week training programme with a dedicated trainer
- Followed by ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants
Earnings
- Uncapped commission paid monthly
- Consultants earn £1,000 to £15,000+ per month in commission (record month: £27,000)
- Extra bonus opportunities in your first 6 months
Realistic earnings:
- Year 1: £30,000 to £40,000
- Years 2 to 3: £40,000 to £60,000
- Years 3 to 5: £60,000 to £100,000+

What We're Looking For
- 6+ months in a sales or customer-facing role or a business placement
- Experience working to targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience and a competitive, results-focused attitude
