Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Immediate Start - Hinckley - LE10 3BE
Our client are a specialist engineering and manufacturing recruitment company based in Hinckley
Recruitment is the active pursuit, attraction, and hiring of individuals to occupy open positions within a company. This process encompasses pinpointing the personnel requirements of an organisation, discovering potential candidates, and choosing the most fitting individuals to become part of the workforce.
The Role involves:
- Generating new sales and leads.
- Following up all potential sales leads.
- Liaising with new and existing clients.
- Interviewing and registering new candidates.
- Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Building strong candidate relationships.
- Conducting reference calls.
- Updating our CRM system on a regular basis.
- Compliance and industry knowledge.

This role offers:
- £26,000 starting salary
- Uncapped Commission - earning potential of £35k OTE (1st year on target earnings)

- Identify and engage candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage and advise throughout the recruitment process
- Achieve goals and grow professionally
