Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Off the back of strong market growth and our expanding global reach, we're looking for ambitious graduates to join us as Recruitment Consultants across our Private Equity desks. This is a genuine opportunity to build a career at the intersection of finance and sales - Working alongside some of the most prestigious firms in the industry, with full training provided from day one.
We're hiring graduates to work on our Credit desk. No prior recruitment or finance experience is required. We're looking for the right attitude and aptitude, and we'll teach you the rest.

What we're looking for:
- A recent graduate with drive and ambition
- A genuine interest in financial services / curious about the sector and motivated to build real expertise in it
- Proactive and well organised. You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do next
- A confident communicator - Comfortable on the phone, in meetings, and in writing
- A natural relationship-builder - Personable, professional, and easy to work with
- Resilient and competitive - Motivated by targets and unafraid of a fast-paced, commercial environment
