What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Recruiting for contract technology roles in video streaming
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Writing compelling job ads and sourcing top-tier candidates
You’ll be responsible for:

- Attending industry events across the UK and USA
- Collaborating with 5V Media to support campaigns and drive leads

Business Development & Client Relationships
A big part of your role will be building meaningful, long-term partnerships with clients. You’ll:
- Win new business
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client hiring requirements
- Identify opportunities within your market
- Develop your own network
- Manage relationships throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
You’ll also be responsible for finding and engaging top-tier candidates within your specialist market. You’ll:
- Write compelling job adverts
- Source and approach candidates
- Build strong candidate relationships
- Understand candidate motivations and career goals
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Match the right people with the right opportunities
Managing the Full 360 Recruitment Process
You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, balancing business development, candidate management and client relationships.
You’ll develop skills across:
- Business development
- Client management
- Candidate sourcing
- Negotiation
- Relationship building
- Market research
- Full lifecycle recruitment
Events, Marketing & Lead Generation
You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with 5V Media and attend industry events across the UK and USA. You’ll:
- Attend industry events and meet clients face-to-face
- Build your professional network
- Collaborate with 5V Media to support campaigns
- Support activity designed to generate leads
- Develop your presence within your specialist market

You Don’t Need Recruitment Experience
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and ready to learn.
You’ll learn on the job, work alongside an experienced team and develop skills across sales, business development, recruitment, candidate sourcing, client management and negotiation.
