Whilst their preference is usually for hiring scientifically educated or knowledgeable consultants, they want recruitment consultants who are passionate, supportive, collaborative, confident, and trustworthy.
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Build and manage relationships from day one, with start-ups, scale-ups, key decision-makers, and businesses across leading financial markets.
- Speak with high-calibre and leading professionals about their careers.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
- Understanding client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and engage top-tier talent and candidates across multiple search channels.
- Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment process.
- Provide engaging interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation support and guidance.
- Drive new business through pitching to high-growth tech and cybersecurity companies.
- Consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets through placements, revenue, and growth.
- Further developing your own specialist market and personal brand.
