Package: £28,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

The role
- Recruiting Software Engineers, Quant Developers and Trading Systems specialists
- Headhunting highly sought-after candidates across hedge funds and trading firms
- Developing new client relationships alongside managing existing accounts
- Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to negotiation and placement

Requirements
- Graduate with excellent communication skills
- Competitive, resilient and comfortable working towards targets
- Commercially minded with an interest in technology or financial markets
- Motivated by rapid progression and uncapped earning potential
