Package: £28,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

The role

  • Recruiting Software Engineers, Quant Developers and Trading Systems specialists
  • Headhunting highly sought-after candidates across hedge funds and trading firms
  • Developing new client relationships alongside managing existing accounts
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to negotiation and placement
