We're looking for our next generation of Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing Critical Projects Perm team in November 2026.
You'll be joining at an exciting point in Thor's growth. We're winning major global accounts, expanding our presence across the Mission Critical sector, and building the next generation of consultants who will help us shape the future of the business.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your first few years doing the same thing before you're given responsibility. From day one, you'll be trained, coached, and trusted to build relationships, develop your market knowledge, and take ownership of your own desk.
