About Us

International Talent Partnership (ITP) is a headhunting firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and operating purely internationally. Established in 2021, the business now employs 30+ staff recruiting within the data centre, mechanical and electrical contracting, and aerospace & defence sectors in Europe and the US.

Location

Based in a 5,500 sq ft office in Horsforth, Leeds, we are now accepting applications to join our January 2027 cohort. Individuals whose circumstances require a start prior to that date will also be equally considered.

About the Role

We are seeking individuals with a desire to kickstart a career within the business world. Inquisitiveness, rapport building, confidence, an analytical mind, and a positive 'can do' attitude are the characteristics that will suit this role. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • You will take these personal attributes into a varied and positively challenging role which brings great scope for learning and an opportunity to rapidly develop your professional skills and experience.
  • Encompassing research, sales, and consulting, your role will be as a member of a specialist team working to support clients with their recruitment and selection processes within a specific industry sector in either Europe or the US.
  • You will remotely support your clients, liaising with both they and prospective candidates via phone and video conferencing.
  • Operating in an informal, but high-performing environment in our Horsforth office, you will be supported by experienced colleagues and directors.
