We're working with a leading recruitment business that specialises in placing senior-level talent across Finance, Technology and Life Sciences. They're looking for ambitious 2025 & 2026 graduates, as well as people from sales or competitive sporting backgrounds, to join their graduate recruitment team.

- £28K-£30K starting salary

- £45K OTE in Year 1 → £70K+ Year 2

What Will You Be Doing?
- You'll be trained to become a specialist recruiter within your market, including:
- Headhunting senior professionals
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Cold calling, networking and business development
- Managing candidates throughout the interview process
- Learning how to negotiate and close deals
- Networking with board-level executives
- Working across international markets
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Who Are We Looking For?
- You'll ideally be:
- A 2025 graduate with commercial/work experience, or
- A 2026 graduate on track for a 2:1 or above
- Ambitious, competitive and hungry to succeed
- Confident speaking to new people
- Motivated by money and career progression
- From a competitive sporting or strong extracurricular background (preferred)
