Our client is a specialist fintech recruiter and is looking for a recent graduate to work with clients in the China, Hong Kong, and Asia markets, with the potential to evolve into managing your own region. Responsibilities:

  • Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on.
  • Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects. Building and maintaining relationships.
  • Writing job adverts, building your personal brand, and creating social media content to attract top talent.
  • Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews, and delivering offers.
  • Predominantly working a US market and working US hours from the UK.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Recent Graduate – must be degree educated.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese - ideally you are already UK based with dual nationality and bi lingual (VISA Sponsorship not offered).
  • A high-level sporting background is must i.e Captain of Rugby Team, played semi professional football, competed professionally etc.
  • Experience in sales, real estate, business development, car sales, or telesales is desirable.
  • Confident, outgoing personality.
  • A good understanding of the recruitment industry - this will be explored in the interview.
  • Clear personal & professional goals – these will be explored in the interview.
  • Strong written & spoken communication.
  • Great ability to build & maintain relationships.
