Graduate Recruitment Consultant – German Speaking

Office-based London

Monday–Friday, 5 days per week in the office

Are you a German-speaking graduate looking to start your career in sales and recruitment? We are looking for ambitious, hardworking graduates to join our growing recruitment team. No previous recruitment experience is required — we are looking for people with the right attitude, energy, and determination to succeed.

Recruitment is a fast-paced, people-focused career where you can build strong commercial skills, develop your own client and candidate network, and progress quickly based on performance.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to:

  • Identify and contact potential clients across the German market.
  • Build relationships with businesses and hiring managers.
  • Source and approach candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.
  • Speak with candidates to understand their experience and career goals.
  • Match candidates with suitable opportunities.
  • Arrange and manage interviews.
  • Build your own network of German-speaking professionals.
  • Develop new business through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Negotiate offers and help successfully close placements.
  • Manage your own recruitment desk and work towards personal targets.
  • Develop specialist knowledge of your chosen market.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German — written and spoken.
  • Recent university graduate or someone at the beginning of their career.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort to succeed.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated to achieve.
  • Confident speaking to new people and building relationships.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
  • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • No previous recruitment experience required.
