Graduate Recruitment Consultant – German Speaking

Are you a German-speaking graduate looking to start your career in sales and recruitment? We are looking for ambitious, hardworking graduates to join our growing recruitment team. No previous recruitment experience is required — we are looking for people with the right attitude, energy, and determination to succeed.
Recruitment is a fast-paced, people-focused career where you can build strong commercial skills, develop your own client and candidate network, and progress quickly based on performance.
The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to:
- Identify and contact potential clients across the German market.
- Build relationships with businesses and hiring managers.
- Source and approach candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience and career goals.
- Match candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Arrange and manage interviews.
- Build your own network of German-speaking professionals.
- Develop new business through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Negotiate offers and help successfully close placements.
- Manage your own recruitment desk and work towards personal targets.
- Develop specialist knowledge of your chosen market.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent German — written and spoken.
- Recent university graduate or someone at the beginning of their career.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort to succeed.
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated to achieve.
- Confident speaking to new people and building relationships.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
- Organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
- No previous recruitment experience required.
Career Progression
