Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission | First promotion targeted in 6 months | Dedicated L&D training + coaching

Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (early finish Fridays)

Location: Bristol City Centre

You will:

  • Source and interview high-quality candidates utilising LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
  • Win new business and build client relationships (sales calls, pitching, developing accounts)
  • Manage the process end-to-end: qualification calls, shortlisting, interviews, feedback
  • Negotiate offers and close deals (fees, salaries, start dates)
  • Become an expert in your market and advise clients and talent confidently

What we’re looking for:

  • Ambitious, driven, and competitive (you like targets and winning)
  • Resilient, confident communicator (especially on the phone)
  • Motivated by progression and earning potential
  • Sales experience helps, but isn’t essential. Attitude and work ethic matter most

Progression & rewards:

This is a sales-driven role with exceptional financial upside and clear progression. We aim for our Grads to achieve their first promotion within 6 months and from there, progression is based on results, not time served.
