Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Investment Banking & Hedge Funds

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: £60,000 | Year 2: £100,000+

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll learn how to build markets, develop client relationships, and manage high-value recruitment processes within financial services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds, and finance professionals
  • Headhunting high-level candidates for specialist roles
  • Business development and winning new client relationships
  • Researching financial markets and identifying hiring trends
  • Networking with senior professionals across global markets
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Developing your own specialist market and personal brand

  • Recent graduate or someone with sales/commercial experience
