Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Investment Banking & Hedge Funds
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: £60,000 | Year 2: £100,000+

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll learn how to build markets, develop client relationships, and manage high-value recruitment processes within financial services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds, and finance professionals
- Headhunting high-level candidates for specialist roles
- Business development and winning new client relationships
- Researching financial markets and identifying hiring trends
- Networking with senior professionals across global markets
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Developing your own specialist market and personal brand

What They’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or someone with sales/commercial experience
- Competitive, ambitious, and financially motivated individuals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking to high-level professionals
- Resilient, hardworking, and driven by progression
- Sports backgrounds, leadership experience, or sales experience are highly valued
- Interest in finance or financial markets is advantageous
- Coachability, personality, and work ethic matter more than previous recruitment experience
