Graduate Recruitment Consultant – January 2027 Start

Salary: £27,100–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission
1st Year OTE: £50,000+

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you’ll manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
You will:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Source candidates through headhunting, networking & job boards
- Screen and interview candidates
- Manage salary negotiations and offers
- Generate new business and follow up on leads
- Write and promote job adverts
- Build your personal brand on LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate CRM records
