Graduate Recruitment Consultant – AI, Technology & Clean Energy | Bristol
£27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission up to 40%

Are you graduating in 2026 and looking for a career where you can earn well, progress quickly and learn valuable business skills? Edmund & Evans is working with a successful specialist recruitment consultancy that is growing its Bristol team and looking for graduates to join its October 2026 intake.
The business recruits across some of the fastest-growing markets in the UK, including Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Data, Clean Energy and Government Transformation.
This is a genuine graduate opportunity. You do not need recruitment experience, and you will not be expected to know how to do the job from day one. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support while you develop into a Recruitment Consultant.

The Bristol office is a key graduate training hub, so you will be joining an environment that is set up to develop people at the beginning of their careers. You will learn how to work with growing businesses, understand what they need when hiring and find talented professionals who can help them grow. As you become more experienced, you will start building your own network and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
What Will You Be Doing?
Recruitment is a mix of sales, relationship building and problem-solving. Your role will include:
- Finding and speaking with candidates
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding what businesses are looking for when hiring
- Interviewing candidates
- Matching people with suitable opportunities
- Arranging interviews
- Managing feedback
- Negotiating job offers
- Developing new client relationships
- Building your professional network
- Learning everything about your specialist market
Over time, you will manage the full recruitment process and take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
Full Graduate Training
No recruitment experience is required. You will receive training covering:
- Recruitment fundamentals
- Candidate sourcing
- Candidate management
- Business development
- Sales
- Client management
- Negotiation
- Market research
- Commercial awareness
- AI and Technology recruitment
Importantly, there are no billing expectations during your first two months, giving you time to learn the role properly before being expected to deliver results. Training does not stop after your first few weeks. You will continue to receive coaching and development as you progress.

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail or customer service can be useful, but it is not essential. Your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are more important than previous recruitment experience.
