About Us

We’re a specialist recruitment business working exclusively with management consultancy firms - from boutique consultancies to global brands. Our services range from embedded talent acquisition through to retained search.

What sets us apart? Our deep sector knowledge, which gives us unmatched credibility with clients and candidates. We’re small but ambitious, with big plans to grow - and we’re looking for our next graduate hires to help us get there.

The Opportunity

This is not your typical recruitment role. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end with impossible KPIs. Instead, you’ll be mentored from day one with access to the senior team.

We will teach you:

  • How to map markets and headhunt top consulting talent
  • How to engage candidates with confidence and credibility
  • How to manage a recruitment process end-to-end
  • How the consulting world works (strategy, digital, transformation, M&A, sustainability and more)
  • How to win new business, originating new clients and developing recruitment solutions
  • How to grow into a client-facing consultant, owning relationships and revenue

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
