Our client is an established Executive Search & Recruitment consultancy working with leading organisations across Financial Services, Technology, Legal and Life Sciences.
They are looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop into high-performing Recruitment Consultants, build relationships with senior professionals and work on specialist appointments across international markets.
The Opportunity
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training and develop the skills required to build a successful career in recruitment.
You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and approaching high-calibre professionals within specialist markets
- Headhunting candidates through networking, market mapping, advertising and outbound calls
- Building relationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and placement
- Developing new business and strengthening existing client relationships
- Coaching candidates throughout interview and offer stages
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
- Working with international clients across global markets
- Building relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who demonstrate ambition, competitiveness, resilience and strong communication skills.
You could be:
- A 2024 graduate with commercial or customer-facing experience
- A 2025 graduate who achieved a 2:1 or above
- A 2026 graduate predicted to achieve a 2:1 or above
- A sales professional looking to build a career in recruitment
- A competitive athlete or someone with a strong sporting background
- Someone who has demonstrated leadership through university, work or extracurricular activities

Previous recruitment experience is not required.
Sales, business development, customer service, cold-calling or other commercial experience would be advantageous, but we're primarily looking for people with the attitude and ambition to succeed in a high-performance environment.
