About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Public Practice Accountancy & Finance team.
This is an opportunity to build a career in professional recruitment while developing a genuinely international network.
About the Team
Our team works exclusively with Chartered Accountancy firms, recruiting across the UK and internationally, including Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.
Responsibilities
You will work with professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures, learning how different accountancy markets operate while building relationships across multiple countries.

You will develop your skills across:
- Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management
- Business development and client management
- Understanding Chartered Accountancy firms, qualifications, and career paths
- Managing UK and international recruitment processes
- Communicating and building relationships across different cultures and markets
- Negotiation, influencing, and commercial skills
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous recruitment or accountancy experience. We will teach you the market and develop your skills across:
You'll work alongside experienced recruiters and gradually take ownership of your own market, building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers from trainee level through to senior leadership appointments.
