Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The Company
Our client is a specialist Finance and Private Equity executive search consultancy. Established 15 years ago, they've grown to 120 people across three global offices, partnering with leading Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Graduates are at the heart of their growth. Their structured 12-month Graduate Trainee Scheme is designed to set you up for success from day one, with fast-track progression for top performers. Proof it works: 70% of their senior leadership team started as graduate trainees.
Graduate Recruitment Consultant – What's on offer
- £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission of up to 50% – a truly market-leading scheme
- Year 1 OTE of £60,000, with top performers earning £200,000+ by Year 3
- Hybrid working: 4 days a week in their London HQ

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The Role
Candidate management
- Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for client mandates using the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals
- Headhunt and build lasting relationships with passive candidates
- Interview candidates and manage the relationship through the entire recruitment cycle, from first contact to post-placement

Client management and business development
- Attend client meetings alongside the Head of Practice on retained, exclusive and contingent searches
- Manage the full 360 sales cycle, generating new business through targeted outreach, referrals, networking and market mapping
- Research clients, their investors and competitors to build client packs for pitches and live searches
You'll work alongside specialist, market-leading recruiters and build a network across some of the most respected Private Equity organisations in the market.
