£27,000 - £28,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients across your specialist market.
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity, including calls, networking, LinkedIn and client meetings.
- Identifying, sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates.
- Managing the entire recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer and placement.
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner by understanding clients’ hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Building your reputation as a market specialist while consistently exceeding performance targets.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or leadership positions would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
