Have you considered a career in Quantitative Trading & Technology search? We're working on behalf of a specialist search firm to find graduates who mix strong academic backgrounds with competitiveness & resilience.

About the Firm

Our client is a specialist search firm delivering exceptional talent to some of the world's most sophisticated financial institutions. Applying a qualitative, research-driven approach to quantitative and technology-driven markets, they partner with proprietary trading firms, hedge funds and Tier-1 investment banks across major global financial centres including London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Paris.

The Opportunity

This is a graduate opportunity to build a career in executive search identifying, engaging and placing the quantitative traders, researchers, developers and data scientists that leading hedge funds and financial institutions depend on. You'll work directly with a Principal/Partner, learning a search methodology covering market mapping, talent identification and client relationship management within one of the most commercially rewarding niches in recruitment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
