What You'll Be Doing
You'll begin your journey as a Recruitment Executive, working alongside experienced consultants and learning the foundations of a successful recruitment career.
You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging top talent within the Data & AI market
- Building relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted career advisor
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Writing compelling job advertisements and attracting high-quality talent
- Managing interview processes and candidate experiences
- Learning how businesses hire and what drives recruitment decisions
- Supporting your team by identifying client opportunities and booking meetings
- Developing commercial skills that prepare you for a future in 360 recruitment
The Harnham Academy
Our Academy combines classroom training, hands-on learning, mentorship, and continuous coaching from dedicated managers and our Learning & Development team.
Months 1-3: Learn the Fundamentals
You'll develop expertise in:
- Recruitment and talent sourcing
- Candidate management
- Interviewing and qualification
- Negotiation skills
- Market mapping and headhunting
- Writing effective job adverts
- Data & AI market knowledge
- Building professional relationships

Months 3-6: Accelerate Your Career
As your confidence grows, you'll choose one of two pathways:
180 Recruitment
- Become an expert in candidate attraction, talent networking, and delivery within your market.
360 Recruitment
- Own the entire recruitment cycle, build client relationships, win new business, and manage both candidates and customers.
Whichever route you choose, you'll have a transparent progression plan and clear milestones showing exactly what success looks like.
