About the Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will support the recruitment process from candidate generation and market research through to client and candidate management, while developing the skills and market knowledge needed to progress into a successful Consultant role.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels
  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls, building strong candidate talent pools
  • Support consultants with recruitment campaigns and candidate delivery
  • Carry out market research and mapping to identify potential candidates and clients
  • Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process
  • Prepare candidate profiles and supporting documentation
  • Build relationships with candidates and clients, providing a high level of customer service
  • Support business development activity and attend networking and industry events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Take part in training and development programmes to build your knowledge

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • A proactive and driven approach, with a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
  • The confidence to speak with candidates, clients and prospective contacts
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in developing sales and business development skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of your own responsibilities
  • A positive attitude, resilience and the motivation to learn and progress
