The Role

At AMS, we're building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We're looking for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at organisation, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

If you're skilled at managing multiple priorities, building strong working relationships, and delivering an excellent candidate experience, you might be exactly who we're looking for.


Key Accountabilities

Supporting Graduate Recruitment

  • Use your coordination skills to support end-to-end graduate recruitment activities.
  • Apply your attention to detail to manage candidate pipelines, ATS records, mailboxes, and recruitment trackers.
  • Use your communication skills to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate assessment centres, campus events, and recruitment programmes across the UK and Europe.
  • Apply your data management skills to maintain accurate reporting and recruitment MI.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to support offers, visas, work permits, and joining processes.
  • Use your organisational skills to manage calendars, events, bookings, and recruitment logistics.
  • Support budget administration through purchase order processing and spend tracking.

Global Communication & Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with UK and global Emerging Talent teams to share best practices and ensure consistency.
  • Use your relationship-building skills to develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have

  • Demonstrated ability in administration, coordination, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strength in written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work accurately, maintain attention to detail, and manage recruitment data.
  • Strength in organisation, planning, and delivering administrative support.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-Have

  • Interest in Talent Acquisition, Emerging Talent, or Early Careers recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, onboarding processes, or event coordination.
  • Ability to interpret recruitment data and generate insights.
  • Experience working in a global or matrix environment.
