Graduate Recruitment & Development Advisor
We are working with an international law firm seeking a Graduate Recruitment & Development Advisor to support the delivery of global early careers programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused, proactive individual who enjoys working in an international environment, partnering with stakeholders across multiple offices and helping to attract, recruit and develop future legal talent.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of international graduate recruitment and development programmes, partnering with colleagues across global offices to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Coordinate attraction and recruitment initiatives, including campus events, employer branding activities, assessment processes, and trainee hiring campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support trainee development through onboarding, inductions, training programmes, and key career milestones within a fast-paced international law firm environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and time zones, helping to drive best practice and consistency across global early careers programmes.
