Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Manager (15-month FTC)

My client is a highly regarded global law firm seeking a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join the team on a 15-month fixed-term contract as soon as possible. This role will lead and coordinate all aspects of the London office's Graduate Recruitment and Trainee Solicitor programmes, ensuring a seamless candidate and trainee experience while supporting the firm's talent strategy and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Open Day, Vacation Scheme, and Trainee Solicitor programmes.
• Ensure a fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and represent the firm at law fairs and campus events.
• Oversee and update graduate recruitment marketing materials and programme information.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Open Day programme, including candidate management, interviews, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead the administration and delivery of the Vacation Scheme, including candidate selection, programme planning, and participant support.
• Manage the trainee recruitment process, including shortlisting, interviews, assessment centres, offers, and candidate communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
