Overview

Consulting Point is a specialist talent advisory firm focused exclusively on the management consulting market. We work with leading consultancies and advisory firms across strategy, transformation, technology and operations, supporting them with senior talent and market insight. We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our Leicester office and begin a career combining recruitment, sales, executive search and market intelligence.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will work with senior consultants and partners to develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and support live search assignments. This is a commercially focused role for someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys building relationships and wants the opportunity to develop a successful career in recruitment sales. You will receive structured training and take increasing responsibility for generating business, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality talent solutions.

Responsibilities include

  • Researching consulting firms, markets and senior professionals
  • Identifying and developing new client and business development opportunities
  • Building relationships with senior professionals and consulting firms
  • Supporting candidate identification, screening and outreach
  • Managing sales activity against agreed targets and KPIs
  • Contributing to revenue generation across new and existing client accounts
  • Preparing high-quality written materials for clients and candidates
  • Maintaining accurate records and market intelligence in our CRM
  • Using technology, AI and modern recruitment tools to improve your performance and support company growth

About You

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and motivated by achieving measurable results.

You will ideally have

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, retail sales, telesales or another target-driven environment
  • A strong academic background with an interest in consulting, professional services and commercial roles
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • The resilience and persistence to build relationships and develop new business
  • A competitive and motivated approach to achieving targets
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment sales or executive search
  • An enthusiasm for using AI and other modern technologies to improve your performance Additional language skills in German would be desirable, although not required.
