Application Deadline: 24 August 2026

Department: Graduate

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: London

Description

Are you driven by data and passionate about insights? We are a leading global market research company, enabling organisations to make smarter, bolder, and faster decisions.

The Medical Devices & Diagnostics team specialises in delivering primary market research that supports the commercial strategies of medical technology companies. Our expertise spans the early stages of the product lifecycle, with a particular focus on innovation, product development, and portfolio optimisation.

We also support clients with product and service portfolio tracking, performance evaluation, and strategic management.

Some examples of the categories we specialise in:

  • AI development for diagnostics: Supporting the development and integration of artificial intelligence solutions into existing clinical and patient care workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and patient outcomes.
  • Consumables and medical devices: Research across a broad range of products, including diabetes monitoring systems, drug delivery devices, advanced wound care solutions, and the connected digital applications that support these technologies.
  • Capital equipment: Large-scale diagnostic and imaging systems, including CT and MRI platforms, as well as the software and digital ecosystems that enable their operation and optimise clinical workflows.

The Role

Our research methodologies encompass both qualitative and quantitative approaches, providing valuable insights from healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders such as hospital IT Directors and decision makers.

You will begin with a tailored induction programme designed to introduce you to healthcare market research and build your core research skills.

From the outset, you'll be given real responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to a range of live qualitative and quantitative projects. Working across multiple studies, you'll support project teams with activities such as:

  • Designing surveys, discussion guides, and other research materials
  • Analysing data and identifying meaningful insights
  • Creating reports and presentations that bring findings to life
  • Collaborating with colleagues and developing your knowledge of healthcare, research, and emerging industry trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
