Calling all graduate residential surveyors across England and Wales.
Novello Chartered Surveyors is growing once more, and now we’re looking for Graduate Residential Surveyors to join our nationwide team.
Established in 2019, Novello has rapidly grown over the years and now specialises purely in residential surveying. No valuations here – our focus is purely on providing excellent service and outstanding reports to our clients.
We’re looking for Graduate AssocRICS or MRICS Surveyors across England and Wales who are ready to take the next big step in their career.
What can we offer?

- £45,000 a year outside London / £50,000 a year inside London, rising by £5,000 a year once successfully passing probation

The Novello Academy has been designed with graduating surveyors in mind. Here, you’ll get to shadow a regional mentor as you learn all about our in-house surveying software, how we undertake surveys, and our post-survey interactions with clients and estate agents. Once you have completed the Novello Academy, you’ll have the opportunity to enrol in our 0-£100k Accelerator programme.
Our 0-£100k Accelerator programme is designed to give surveyors more control over their earning potential, with those bringing the right mindset and dedication getting the chance to work towards a six-figure income.
