Fulltime - Graduate Role

FREE Training leading to Placement or Permanent Role in AI Transformation

We are looking for recent graduates/college leavers for roles in AI. Following an initial selection process, you will get to participate in a 6-week training programme (requires a few hours/day commitment) with the expectation that completing participants will be placed in AI roles - helping companies to implement AI.

What Training will I Get?

A free 6 week training programme in AI and tech skills typically worth £10,000

  • Designed to help you get hired by companies needing valuable AI skills in disciplines such as marketing, finance, operations, and HR
  • Focus is on learning how to build real AI tools (agents) used by businesses
  • End goal is to connect you with a paid role at a high-quality employer
  • Delivered by specialist AI training company
  • Exclusive to young people in the MyPocketSkill community

Working with our training and AI partners, you’ll learn:

  • How to build AI agents and automation tools (no coding or low-code tools)
  • How businesses actually use AI in real life
  • Skills like:
    • Prompting AI tools properly
    • Working with data and simple integrations
    • Solving real business problems

Requirements

We are looking for students leaving college or university this summer who have:

  • A demonstrated interest in AI, especially students that are experimenting with tools in their spare time
  • Don't need to have a technical background
  • Are strong and confident communicators
  • Are willing to learn new concepts

Other Eligibility Criteria

  • London-based (or can commit to commuting)
  • Leaving College or University in Summer 2026
  • Available to accept a full-time role after the 6-week training and willing to commit to doing so if offered within a 6-week window post-training
  • Right to work: They can take full-time employment in the UK without requiring sponsorship.

How Selection Works

Before the training, you will be invited to attend a:

  • 90 min live agentic build workshop
  • Short online learning course - 6 hours over 7 days - to determine suitability to continue
  • Assessment centre (in-person, half day with team tasks + interview)
  • 1:1 interview - 15 min

Job Opportunity

Once you successfully complete the training programme, we will work to place you in a paid role with a high-quality employer. Note: there is no guarantee of a job after training but it’s our goal.
