DENSO is a global mobility supplier developing advanced technology and components for leading vehicle manufacturers worldwide.
At DENSO Marston Ltd in Shipley, West Yorkshire, we design and manufacture high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules for OEMs across the off-highway construction, agricultural and power generation sectors.
The Role
As a Graduate Sales Account Manager, you will support the management and growth of existing customer accounts, working closely with Account Managers and Applications Engineering teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is an excellent development opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to build a long-term career in account management and commercial sales within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
The role will involve customer interaction, sales coordination, forecasting, reporting and supporting business growth initiatives across UK and European markets. Travel within the UK and Europe will be required.

Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am - 1.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of existing customer accounts
- Assist with identifying and qualifying sales growth opportunities
- Prepare quotations, proposals and customer documentation
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates and account records
- Act as a first point of contact for routine customer enquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Participate in customer meetings, reviews and presentations
- Support monthly and quarterly business review preparation
- Monitor market trends, customer activity and product developments
- Assist with order follow-up, pricing checks and lead tracking
- Support account planning and reporting activities

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and interest in sales/account management
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach with strong time management capability
- Comfortable working cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyse and interpret basic commercial data and reporting metrics
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination or inside sales
- Exposure to automotive, construction/agriculture or material handling sectors would be advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
- Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
- Ambition to progress into a full Account Management role over time
