Have you graduated in the past 3 years and looking to kickstart your career in sales? Perhaps you have worked in a high-volume call telesales position or perhaps you have worked in retail stores or even hospitality. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a key part in future business growth, through the targeted prospecting of B2B leads. You will be given a full, structured training programme which rivals those of organisations far larger whilst having the opportunity to be recognised as making a real difference to the business.
In return, you can expect a strong benefits package and a competitive salary of c£30,000 + bonuses for year one, with regular salary reviews meaning year 1 earnings of c£35,000 and year 2 expected earnings for an average performer of c£40,000 to c£45,000! You will be based out of recently renovated offices which provides the best opportunity for growth, to include meeting hubs, break rooms complete with table football, and a fresh coffee machine!

Skills & Experience
- Educated to degree level with at least a 2:1 essential
- Genuine desire to build a career in Sales, Business Development or Account Management essential
- Professional telephone manner
- IT literate
- Money motivated

- Build new business relationships and work to grow business opportunities
- Manage long term relationships with accounts you have brought into the business, ensuring satisfaction and future business
- Ensure continuous growth of your key client base and proactive encourage engagement with your brand
- Provide industry leading guidance to clients
