Graduate Sales and Logistics Administrator
Type: Permanent
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum
Location: Buckinghamshire
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Are you a graduate who enjoys working with numbers, likes getting the detail right and wants to build a commercial career?
We are recruiting for our client, an established and busy organisation with an international customer base, which is looking for a Graduate Sales and Logistics Administrator to join its commercial operation.
Previous logistics experience is not required. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with the aptitude, accuracy and enthusiasm to learn.

The Role:
Working alongside colleagues across the sales and operations functions, you will help keep customer orders and deliveries running smoothly from initial processing through to dispatch.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating customer deliveries and international shipments
- Preparing invoices and relevant dispatch documentation
- Arranging deliveries through online customer systems
- Checking order, pricing and delivery details carefully
- Monitoring orders and helping ensure deadlines are met
- Liaising with colleagues to resolve queries and keep work progressing
- Responding professionally to customers by telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting general sales administration

As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to learn more about other areas of the commercial operation, including order management, customer service, supply chain and credit-related administration.
The ideal Graduate Sales and Logistics Administrator will have:
- A degree in any discipline
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with figures
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly accurate approach
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- A comfortable working knowledge of Excel and the ability to learn new systems
- A reliable, conscientious approach with a willingness to take responsibility
- Genuine interest in developing a commercial career
Previous office, administration or commercial experience would be useful but is not essential. Our client is particularly interested in finding someone with strong potential, curiosity and the right attitude to develop.
Due to the workplace location, a driving licence and access to suitable transport are essential. Candidates who may have access to alternative local staff transport should speak to us before applying.
