- Basic salary of £24,250 per annum.
- Expected OTE: £27,300 per annum (bonus and commission schemes available).

The Sales and Management Graduate Role
You will start your career as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant, responsible for generating sales opportunities for our field sales colleagues through:
- Inbound and outbound calls.
Scheme Structure
Weeks 1-6: Initial Training
- Attend World Class Sales Academy.
- Shadow operational and sales staff while servicing customers.
- Support with washroom products and hazardous/toxic waste removal.
- Training will give you comprehensive exposure to all areas of the business.

Weeks 6-52: Broad Sales Exposure
- Continue as Indoor Sales Consultant, gaining exposure to different sales-based roles across the business:
- Build understanding of customer needs.
- Become an expert in products and services.
- Opportunity to complete Intro to Sales Development Programme.
12+ Months: Specialisation & Leadership
- Decide your role for specialisation, such as:
- Field Account Manager (sales in a specific area).
- Service Team Leader (manage field service colleagues).
- Indoor Sales/Customer Relations Team Leader (lead indoor sales team).
- Regional Account Manager (support Key Account Customers).
- Participate in local projects and complete the Leadership Development Programme.
24+ Months: Senior Progressions
- Prepare for senior positions such as:
- Sales Team Leader.
- Key Account Manager.
- Branch Manager.
- Area Central Support roles.
Requirements
- A minimum 2:2 degree (Any BSc/BA, though business, transport, logistics, supply chain, or management disciplines preferred).
- A full UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain one).
- Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with fieldwork (dealing with customers face-to-face).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Passionate about people and teamwork.
