Position: Full-time

OTE: £27,000-£45,000

We work with established UK brands across a range of sectors, supporting their growth through customer acquisition, brand marketing and business development campaigns.

As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious graduates who are excited to learn, develop their commercial skills and build a career within a fast-moving marketing environment.

More than your first graduate role

As a Graduate Marketing Assistant, you'll become part of a supportive, development-focused team where you'll gain practical experience across marketing, customer acquisition, sales and business development.

You'll work alongside experienced campaign teams, representing established brands and developing the skills needed to progress within the wider commercial industry.

You'll have the opportunity to develop experience in:

  • Marketing and customer acquisition
  • Brand representation and customer engagement
  • Business development and sales
  • Campaign coordination and execution
  • Client and customer communication
  • Team collaboration and leadership
  • Commercial strategy and campaign development
