Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our reach and increase our impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to identify opportunities, generate leads and turn them into meaningful partnerships. You will be responsible for getting Recovery Kit in front of the right people, building relationships with decision-makers and showing hospitals, surgeons, physiotherapists, clinics, sports organisations and athletes why working with us can make a difference.
You will help to manage and grow our existing partnerships, while developing new opportunities and leading our strategy for increasing Recovery Kit's footprint across the healthcare and performance sectors. This will involve exploring new ways to reach our audiences, developing our marketing approach and building the relationships that will help drive the next stage of our growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role offers a starting base salary of £28,000, with a formal salary review at the six-month mark based on performance and contribution.
