Finished university and ready to start a career where your ambition actually gets rewarded? We’re looking for driven, confident and ambitious graduates to join our growing sales team in Manchester. No previous sales experience is required — we’re looking for personality, determination and people who are hungry to build a successful career.
💰 What’s in it for you? Alongside your basic salary, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through our commission structure. For your first 6 months, you’ll earn 2% commission, giving you the chance to start earning from the beginning while developing your sales skills. With an OTE of £45,000, your earning potential can grow quickly as you develop. And it’s not just about the money…

🔥 What will you be doing?
You’ll be speaking with businesses, building relationships with prospective clients and identifying opportunities to introduce services that can genuinely support their organisation. You’ll learn how to prospect, communicate with decision-makers, overcome objections and close opportunities — giving you the foundations to build a long-term career in professional sales.
