About Role

Pulsion Technology is recruiting for a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our team. Pulsion Technology is an established software development and digital transformation company with over 30 years of experience helping organisations use technology to improve efficiency, reduce costs and drive growth.

We work with organisations across the public and private sectors, delivering bespoke software, digital transformation, process automation and AI solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in B2B technology sales, with full training and development provided.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement for a minimum of 2 days in our Glasgow office and the remainder working from home. You will play a key role within the sales and marketing team to drive lead generation.

The Role

As a Graduate SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with decision-makers and generating qualified sales opportunities for Pulsion’s technology services. You will learn how to sell complex technology solutions by understanding the challenges businesses face and identifying where software development, automation and AI can deliver genuine business value. You will work closely with our sales, marketing and technical teams and gain exposure to the full B2B sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business prospects within Pulsion’s target markets.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, CRM systems and other research tools.
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers within prospective organisations.
  • Make outbound calls and send targeted emails and LinkedIn messages to prospective customers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges, current processes and technology requirements.
  • Generate and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
  • Work with the marketing team to support outbound campaigns and lead generation activity.
  • Monitor and report on activity, conversion rates and sales pipeline performance.
  • Research industries and companies to identify potential opportunities for Pulsion’s services.
  • Learn about emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, software development and digital transformation.
  • Continuously develop your sales, communication and commercial skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
