Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (40K OTE)

Our client is an award-winning B2B technology company in the meetings and events space, looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing UK Commercial team. The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping drive pipeline growth for the UK Sales team. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking meetings that support the company’s continued expansion.
This is an excellent role for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and working within a high-energy sales environment. Full training is provided, perfect for someone at the beginning of their sales career.

Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and proactively reach out to new prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline
- Engage decision-makers through phone calls, email outreach and social channels
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how the company’s solutions can help
- Work closely with the BDMs to schedule high-quality meetings and hand over opportunities
- Maintain excellent records in the CRM
- Represent the business with professionalism, enthusiasm and exceptional customer service
- Continuously look for ways to improve outreach, messaging and lead-generation tactics

- Curiosity and a willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
