Job Role: Graduate Sales Development Representative

Salary: 35K-40K Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE 55K)
Sector: SaaS/Cyber Security

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of managing prospects and pipeline through a CRM
  • Self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organisational skills
  • Confidence engaging new prospects via phone and email
  • Proven ability to convert initial objections into qualified sales conversations
  • Strong communication and social media skills to create multiple access points into target accounts
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of the IAM market and solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce qualified meetings for Sales that convert into pipeline opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales growth targets
  • Source, contact, educate, and qualify new prospects via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Identify prospective companies within assigned territories or verticals
  • Research target accounts using web-based and internal research tools
  • Navigate complex organisations to reach key decision-makers
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to meet regional objectives
  • Continuously learn about the market, customers, and business
  • Work with mentors to set and achieve professional goals
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within CRM and sales engagement tool
