£28,000-£32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE

Your Role
As a Graduate SDR, you'll be responsible for creating opportunities for the wider sales team and helping drive new business growth.
Key duties include:
- Researching prospective customers and target markets
- Reaching out to businesses via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities
- Scheduling meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Building rapport with key decision-makers
- Managing sales activity through the CRM system
- Working towards individual and team targets

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
