Role: Early Years/Graduate Sales Development Representative
Sector: Tech
Salary: 30k – 35k base + uncapped commission
Location: Central London (hybrid)

- £42k–£52k OTE (£30–35k base + uncapped commission)

What you will be doing
- Develop and execute outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demos
- Research target companies and identify key stakeholders
- Manage and track pipeline activity and follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise outreach strategies
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities

What we are looking for?
- Strong academic background, ideally 2:1 or above
- Ideally sales-focused experience, for example in recruitment, SDR/BDR, retail, hospitality
- A confident communicator, especially over the phone
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Resilient, coachable, and eager to learn
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable
- Interest in health, wellbeing, or MSK issues is advantageous but not obligatory
