Most graduate sales jobs hand you a script and a list. This one hands you the AI that writes them.
A Y Combinator backed startup building AI agents that generate sales pipeline. Small team, big ambition, and a product that sells into the industries everyone else avoids: manufacturing, healthcare, education. The kind of buyers who don't live on LinkedIn and won't answer a templated email.
They've grown off the back of their own outbound, so they know exactly what good looks like. The SDR team is scaling fast and they're hiring graduates into it now, with real coaching and no filler admin. Growing quickly means the people who join early move up quickly too. You'll be in at the right point to shape how the team runs, not just slot into it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
