Location: South Manchester (office-based/hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Role Type: Full-time, Entry-Level
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Development Representative to join our growing commercial team in South Manchester. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and customer engagement. You will be at the frontline of our growth strategy, learning how to identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and support the wider sales team. Full training, mentoring, and a clear progression path are provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients and target accounts
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for senior sales staff
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Build strong product and market knowledge through ongoing training
- Consistently work towards individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (any discipline considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone and online
- A positive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn
- Target-driven with a genuine interest in sales and business development
- Based in or able to commute to South Manchester
