Company seeking highly ambitious, target driven graduates
£35,000 base salary & uncapped commission
BMS Performance are currently working with a large SaaS provider selling financial service products into a variety of industries.
What is the package offered?
- £35,000 base salary
- £41,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid (2 WFH days with full set-up provided)

What does the role involve?
Working as a Sales Development Representative, you are the first touch-point any prospective clients will have with your business across the UK market.

Using your energy & personality to drive sales pipeline, you'll reach out to decision makers at prospective clients to understand their needs, current solutions, and any challenges they're facing - with the goal of booking in follow-up meetings for senior salespeople to win business.
As you progress within this role, your progression path would take you into a senior SDR role and then into a fully closing role yourself.
