About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to launch a career in sales and business development within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will receive structured training, ongoing support, and a clear progression path into senior sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and targets

About You

  • Recent graduate (any discipline, Business/Finance/Marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven, resilient, and target-focused
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A genuine interest in sales, business, or financial services
