Role: Graduate/Early Years Sales Development Representative
Sector: FinTech
Location: Central London (hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 + uncapped commission

The Opportunity:
As an SDR, you'll be at the heart of the company's growth strategy. You'll identify and engage with senior decision-makers across some of the world's leading organisations, creating opportunities and opening doors for the wider sales team.
You'll become a key ambassador for the brand, learning how to sell complex technology, understand customer challenges and demonstrate how AI-powered financial automation can make a real difference.

What you'll be doing:
- Generate new business opportunities and build a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
- Own outbound prospecting campaigns across phone and email.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and become a trusted point of contact.
- Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's AI-powered SaaS platform and its value to finance teams.
- Work closely with experienced sales leaders and the wider commercial team to continuously improve your approach.
