About Alignify
Alignify is a smart recruitment platform that matches candidates with opportunities aligned with their skills, goals and preferences. We help candidates find better roles with fewer applications and employers connect with highly relevant talent. Our mission is to make recruitment faster, more transparent and more effective for everyone involved.
The Opportunity
Looking to start your career in sales? You don’t need previous sales experience. Your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn matter most.
We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join Alignify at an exciting stage of our growth. You’ll receive training, regular coaching and practical support to build your confidence and develop valuable commercial skills.
The role is expected to focus on sales development (SDR): speaking with prospective employers, introducing Alignify and booking qualified meetings for the wider sales team. Calling will be a central part of your day, so you’ll need to feel comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations. You don’t need a polished sales pitch on day one—we’ll help you develop that. You do need enthusiasm, consistency and the determination to keep going when a conversation doesn’t lead to a meeting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Earnings
Our pay structure rewards the results you achieve:
- £40 daily base
- £50 for every qualified meeting
- Uncapped commission
Total pay will always meet or exceed the applicable statutory minimum wage for all hours worked.
Our previous results indicate that a strong, consistent performer can book approximately four qualified meetings per day.
4 meetings × £40 = £160 commission
£160 commission + £40 daily base = £200 per day
Across 260 working days, this equates to potential annualised earnings of £58,000. With uncapped commission, exceeding four qualified meetings per day could mean earning considerably more.
These figures illustrate earning potential and are not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and days worked.
